  1. Use your body to anchor you in the present moment. Asking yourself, ‘How do I  feel when I  am doing (blank) and how do I  desire to feel?’ Let your Feelings guide you back home.
  2. Clarity is key when transforming your life. So ask yourself what you really, really want in your life.
  3. Cleanse your inner dialogue by getting it out on paper. Emily shares how to do a 'ThoughtDrop' and why it is crucial when adjusting your mindset and old limiting beliefs.
  4. Practice high vibrational (intentional) thoughts to elevate your frequency and attract more of what you want.
  5. Cleanse your external environment to realign your vibrational patterns.
  6. Get out of your own way by consciously asking yourself, ‘How am I blocking myself from where I  want to go?’
